I’m a web strategy and implementation consultant with experience launching digital products in museums, nonprofits, and educational organizations. I bring a human-centered approach to every project.
I speak, teach, and write for various technology conferences, facilitate workshops on design thinking, and run the blog Design Thinking for Museums.
My expertise is based on several years at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, where I oversaw the research, strategy, design, and production of the museum’s award-winning site.
When I’m not working, I’m taking improvisational theater classes at Berkeley Repertory Theater and Bay Area Theater Sports.
I live and work in the San Francisco Bay Area. You can see what I’m up to these days on Twitter, or be in touch.
